Overview
The Trust was formed in 1999 by locals who wanted to increase tourism in the area. They started the life of the Trust by building a 53 berth marina, then they progressed on to creating a campsite, which can house 22 caravans and 20 tents. The Trust work hard to provide guests with a memorable experience, providing help during their stay.
Skeld is a relaxing place to visit and the site is situated in a beautiful setting. Annually, in the last week in July, the Trust are involved in the Regatta, a local event which includes a fishing competition, rowing and a disco. This is definitely the prime time to book your stay with the Skeld Waterfront Development Trust.
