Tangwick Haa Museum

Open every day 11am to 5 pm (including weekends)
Out of hours opening by prior arrangements
Tangwick Haa, originally built in the late 1600s for the Cheyne family, owners of the Tangwick estate, was converted into a museum in the late 1980s and tells the story of Northmavine and its people through the years.
The museum offers visitors a variety of local artefacts and history.
The main display for 2016 is Textiles. There is also a display on the Gunister Man and another on Dr Tom Anderson.
The Haa has a family history area for researching local families and a garden with picnic benches to enjoy on the 'fine days'.
See the events calendar for information on upcoming events in the area.
